Hello! I'm Cleo, Owner and designer at With Joy Balloons. 

How does one get started in balloon decor?

In 201 7, I wanted to create balloon decorations for my daughters second birthday party but at that time I had no knowledge of balloon decor.  I researched high and low but struggled to find a balloon class. I was so passionate that I drove two hours away to take my first balloon class and I quickly fell in love. After my first class I was hooked and have continued to educate myself in learning all types of balloon decor.  I have taken great joy in my hands on training with the best balloon instructors in the industry.

 

I'm Located in Whittier, CA and specialize in all party balloon decor. I take joy in designing custom balloon pieces for your celebrations. I work from home and take the balloon decor to you. Whether it's local pick up or delivery, I will be the one handing you your custom balloon decor. I strive to expand my knowledge to continue to bring joy and smiles to your loved ones faces when they see the custom made balloon arrangement made especially for them.
